Return Policy

We want you to love your gear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase under the following conditions:

• Returns accepted within 40 days of purchase

• Items must be in their original, unaltered condition

• Only purchases made directly from Champ Dog Gear are eligible for return

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please follow the return process below:

1. Contact us info@champdoggear.com to request a return—we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

2. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product(s) minus the cost of the shipping label.

3. You can then place a new order for the size or item you need.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
